SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday.
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7–15 business days.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or temporary warehouse processing delays, order processing may take approximately 15–20 business days.
We are continuously working with our fulfillment team to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
After your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping time is approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier.
Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after shipment.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
